The new built house, sunny located, with view of the fascinating mountains is situated at the local beginning of Nauders, about 5 minutes to go to the village center.
 

To feel like being at homeThe two spacious and comfortably furnished apartments with separate entrance, Sat TV, south-west balcony (20 m²) or south-west terrace with a large green space (100 m²) have 2 or 3 separate bedrooms, each with own shower and toilet (towel-dryer) and 2 top equipped kitchens (microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezing) with comfortable dining area!

Apartment for 2 to 4 persons: 65 m²
Apartment for 2 to 5 persons: 62 m² or both together
Apartment for 6 to 9 persons: 111 m²

A large south-west balcony (20m²) or south-west terrace with a large green space (100m²) - reserved especially for our guests - invite to a sunbathing. Your sports equipment can be deposited in a spacious storeroom (lockable). The parking area is situated directly in front of the house.

Bed-linen and towels are of course available - free of charge. Bread service is possible. For our little guests a cot/youth bed and a highchair are reserved.

Important in the winterThe ski bus stop is straight in front of the house (one of the first stops - therefore a seat is guaranteed). Of course there is also a spacious ski room with a shoe-dryer.
